The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Retail leads the optimization of branch and remote services to drive deposit, loan originations and member growth. The SVP guides retail banking strategies, enhances operational efficiency, fosters a member-centric culture, and develops talent while supporting growth and financial performance.

Develop and execute roadmaps to drive membership growth and operational efficiency while maintaining a member-focused culture.
Champion strategies that enhance channels financial performance as measured by core deposits and loan originations, in alignment with Sunwards mission and risk framework.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and automation.
Implement best practices and ensure regulatory compliance across Retail operations.
