What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coord, Communications position at MJMC, Inc.?
This role will contribute to the implementation of the Change Management Office’s communication strategies. It will be responsible for crafting and sharing messages with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Functions
- Draft engaging content for various communication channels, including companywide communication.
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the organization, disseminating important information to employees.
- Assist in the development of social media strategies, create content, and engage with the employees.
- Participate with the CMO and stakeholder teams to create and implement communication strategies and tactics for engaging stakeholders.
- Learn and share current and emerging trends, along with best practices in change and communication, with the team.
Qualifications
- Associate degree with 0-2 years of experience.
- Clear and effective communication skills to convey messages to various audiences.
- Ability to draft engaging content and communication strategies.
- Ability to understand strategy and aid the development of communication plans align with departmental goals.
- Ability to manage multiple shifting timelines, requests and deliverables for projects.
- Maintains a positive and resilient attitude, constantly seeking fresh solutions and innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with video production processes and scriptwriting is an additional strength.
