Distribution Coordinator – Outbound Carrier Management
Payrate : $17.50
Hours : 9am - 5 : 30pm
Location : Twinsburg, OH
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Distribution Coordinator to oversee outbound shipments and carrier management. This role ensures accurate processing of truck and LTL loads while maintaining efficiency in the Scale Shipment Explorer system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage truck and LTL shipments, ensuring orders align with shipment dates, carriers, and load requirements.
- Process and file BOLs, routing information, and shipping labels accurately.
- Coordinate load manifests and ensure proper freight staging.
- Schedule and confirm daily LTL carrier pickups.
- Work with department heads to address outbound shipping capacity needs.
- Support inbound truck loading when needed.
- Maintain organized records of all outbound shipments.
