What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector 2nd Shift position at MJS Designs?

At our Phoenix, AZ location, this 2nd shift Quality Control Inspector is responsible for visually identifying quality issues with assembled printed circuit boards (PCB), completing documentation, and sending orders for rework or to continue processing. This position may also work with a few machines: the Automated Optical Inspection machine - programming and operating the AOI machine to detect quality issues; the Aqueous cleaning machine – keeping the machine running throughout the day and drying boards; and the Ionics Tester, testing boards and monitoring results. This person will also support the QC team in any area that requires it.

- Previous QC skills in electronics – familiarity with IPC standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent fundamental Excel skills
