About the Role
Future opportunities for a Service Designer / Strategic Consultant who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. We are looking for people with a strategic mindset and experience in redefining ways of working, business processes, and service models. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating strategic sessions, supporting business transformation initiatives, and designing holistic service strategies that align with customer needs and organizational objectives.
You will collaborate with business leaders, and multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to reimagine how services are designed and delivered, how teams operate and work, helping organizations scale innovation, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new value propositions.
What You’ll Do
- Support strategic & design initiatives, helping organizations redesign ways of working, improve operational models, and/or align services with long-term business goals.
- Champion user experience by facilitating workshops/sprints/hackathons that improve or create innovative services and products, align business objectives, user needs, or/and technology capabilities.
- Develop end-to-end service blueprints, journey maps, and customer experience maps, roadmaps to guide the evolution of a product/service/process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design to refine concepts and improve the overall experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in service design, UX design, user research, business transformation, or experience strategy with a strong foundation in service design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in design tools and knowledge of generative AI technologies and their applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present insights and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for designing innovative and user-centric experiences.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
