Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic events. As an integral part of the Winter Rendezvous team, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This position requires a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with guests and managing various aspects of event operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage attendee registration, check-in and scanning of tickets, during events.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, decorations, and equipment.
- Provide exceptional guest services when registering attendees, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with venue management and security to effectively resolve conflicts that may arise during events.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies.
- Skills
- Knowledge of the Thundertix ticketing platform is a plus.
- A strong background in events management or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Effective conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
