Key Responsibilities:
Professional Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, emails, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct market research and due diligence for potential real estate projects.
• Assist in managing project budgets, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and site visits to document progress and relay updates.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all project-related materials.
• Track permits, zoning requirements, and compliance deadlines.
• Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com and AppFolio to track tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth workflows.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
• Manage the developer’s calendar, including personal appointments and travel arrangements.
• Handle errands, such as scheduling personal appointments, making reservations, and coordinating household tasks.
• Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for both business and personal trips.
• Oversee household or personal vendor relationships (e.g., landscapers, maintenance services, etc.).
• Assist with family scheduling or personal events.
• Provide ad hoc support for any personal tasks as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field (preferred).
• 2 years of administrative, project management, or personal assistant experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, and AppFolio.
• Familiarity with real estate development, construction, or project finance.
• Discretion and confidentiality in managing personal and professional matters.

Compensation:
• Salary Range: $58,000–$68,000 annually (depending on experience).
• Benefits: Paid time off, casual work environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.
