This position is a multifaceted role, including responsibilities as a grill cook, line cook, and dishwasher.
Grill Cook
Line Cook
The Line Cook position involves multitasking across various prep and assembly stations to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Key responsibilities include :
Salad Station :
Prepping fresh salads and crafting a variety of vinaigrettes.
Ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for service.
Plating :
Assembling and plating salads and entree dishes with attention to presentation and consistency.
Ensuring each dish meets restaurant standards for quality and appearance.
Skewering :
Skewering meats, poultry, and vegetables for grilling.
Ensuring uniform cuts and precise preparation for consistent cooking results.
Dishwasher
As a Dishwasher, you are crucial to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include :
Washing and sanitizing skewers, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans before, during, and after service.
Maintaining a clean and functional dishwashing area throughout the day.
Assisting with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including equipment and floor cleaning.
