Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) from a recognized accrediting body (e.g., ASCP).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
