Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping duties such as laundry, organizing spaces, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to ensure all surfaces are well-maintained.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas while following established procedures for sanitation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques is an advantage.
