Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage floor care by ensuring all types of flooring are cleaned appropriately, including carpet cleaning as needed.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and neatly presented for clients.
- Organize and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency during cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Assist with additional tasks such as light cooking or organizing spaces upon request.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and client expectations.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products, including commercial cleaning methods, is beneficial.
