We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our client’s Accounting Team, including their CFO and COO.
This is a temporary position offering an opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from handling accounts payable to assisting with basic Excel tasks.
Moreover, you will coordinate travel arrangements, plan meetings, manage calendars, handle mail distribution, and provide essential assistance with IT-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and issuing payments.
- Utilize basic Excel skills for data entry and organizing financial information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Plan and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Manage calendars for executives, scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Handle mail distribution, including sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing correspondence.
- Provide basic IT support to team members, troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalating as needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in administrative support roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
