What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service and Repair Technician position at MK Pool Service?
We are looking for a Repair/Service Technician to join our team. Applicants must have experience in the pool industry. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and repair pool equipment and also cover weekly service routes when needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and motivated to help our customers get the most out of their service
Responsibilities:
- Keep compnay vehicle stocked daily.
- Preform daily routes.
- Log stops.
- Communicate with customers regarding service issues and repairs.
- Test and inspect customer equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Provide technical support to customers as needed .
- Able to use multimeter
- Basic understanding of AC/DC voltage
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
