Responsibilities

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Upsell food and drink specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure tables are properly set and sanitized before and after each guest visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces as needed.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary to support kitchen operations.
Qualifications
