MK Recruit is seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer with a large facility based near Wilmington, Delaware.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior level Logistics role, ideally within the industrial manufacturing industry, with experience collaborating with internal and external customers.
- Passionate, determined and willing to go the extra mile with strong influential ability and strong attention to detail.
- SAP user with experience utilising SAP for order processing, invoicing, and customer data management. Must also be a confident MS Excel user.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Logistics and customer service function, ensuring customer needs are met or exceeded.
- Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring OTIF (on-time and in-full) delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain customer master data, pricing, and accurate records in SAP and other systems.
- Manage the invoicing process and ensure sampling requests and shipments are fulfilled efficiently.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and drive corrective actions.
- Compile and maintain documentation to comply with legal, compliance, and customs requirements for international shipping.
- Lead and develop the customer service team, ensuring a professional environment and effective performance management.
