Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Job Coordinator at MK2 Service and Solutions LLC. The Job Coordinator will be responsible for communication, customer service, organization skills, training, and recruiting on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
· Set up new orders for execution
· Schedule technicians for service with guidance from the Project Manager
· Follow open orders to completion for billing
· Ensure proper job cost
· Process new purchase order creation and expedite delivery
· Assist with quote setup as needed
· Support accounting as needed on a case-by-case basis
· Additional tasks may be assigned daily

Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
