We are currently looking for candidates who are highly motivated and eager to learn to join our growing team. This LABORER position will play an essential role in fabricating machinery for erosion control, assisting with maintenance and repairs, and supporting research and development efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment, with the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects both in the shop and on-site.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile LABORER to join our fabrication team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of machinery used in erosion control, as well as contributing to equipment research and development. This position involves hands-on work in both shop and field settings, with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fabrication Support :
Identify and select various metal stock and sizes for projects.
Prepare machines for painting or finishing as required.
Collaborate with the team on R&D initiatives to improve equipment productivity and functionality.
Qualifications :
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting a tape measure.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
A valid driver’s license is required.
