MKD Electric is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager. As part of this role, the Integration Project Manager will play an integral role in supporting and executing the goals of the Enterprise PMO Department by leading and managing the integration of acquired companies into MKD Electric. This role ensures a seamless transition by aligning business processes, systems, and cultures, while maximizing value and minimizing disruption. This position will report to the Director of Enterprise PMO.
What you will do…
· Develop and implement detailed integration plans, timelines, and roadmaps for each acquisition, aligned with overall corporate strategy and objectives.
· Act as the primary liaison between key internal stakeholders (executives, business units, IT, HR, finance, etc.) and acquired company teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of integration activities.
· Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams through the integration process, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments like operations, finance, IT, legal, HR, and marketing.
· Facilitate the integration of company cultures, ensuring a smooth blending of organizational values and operational practices while fostering employee engagement and retention.
· Oversee change management initiatives to support employees through transitions, mitigating risks and addressing concerns proactively.
· Establish clear success metrics for integration, track progress, and report on the status of integration activities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
· Identify integration risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues related to operational, cultural, or strategic alignment.
· Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, incorporating lessons learned from past acquisitions to enhance the speed and effectiveness of future integrations.
What you will need to succeed…
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
· Experience:
o 5 years of project management experience, preferably in system integration.
o Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
o Strong understanding of business operations, financial modeling, and project management.
· Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
o Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
o In-depth knowledge of change management practices and organizational behavior.
o Familiarity with integration software/tools (e.g., project management, financial tracking, etc.) is a plus
Preferred experience…
- Experience managing integrations in an Industrial or construction environment.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems used in acquistions and integrations.
