MKD Kitchen and Bath, a trusted leader in kitchen and bath remodeling for over 75 years, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team. This role involves face-to-face lead generation in retail stores to promote our cabinet refacing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff booths at partner retail locations (Costco, Lowe's, Home Depot) and community events (home shows, trade fairs, etc.).
- Actively engage attendees to generate qualified leads.
- Set up and tear down displays, ensuring a professional presentation.
- Lead Generation:
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead targets.
- Use proven engagement techniques to educate potential customers about our products and services.
- Team Collaboration:
- Participate in training, team meetings, and strategy sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and event performance.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with homeowners and event attendees.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive spirit.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors or in busy event environments.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay uncapped bonuses for lead generation (average reps earn $2,000 monthly in bonuses).

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
