What’s the Job? As a Design Consultant, you’ll be responsible for conducting in-home kitchen and bath remodel consultations with residential customers. This isn’t a cold-calling job—you’ll receive qualified leads, with 80% of the qualification process already handled before your first interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make in-home presentations to homeowners who have expressed interest in kitchen and/or bathroom remodels.
- Close sales and help clients design their dream kitchens and bathrooms.
Skills Required:
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our proven scripts/systems.
- Comfortable using technology in your daily work.
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. without restrictions.
- Comfortable with a high volume of driving.
- Must be trainable and eager to learn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

- Persuasive and confident in presenting designs and closing sales.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Dependable and reliable.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 5-6 days a week.
- Mornings, days, and evenings (appointments scheduled between 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.)
- Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
