Event Marketing Representative (Part-Time, W2)

We have busy events with huge lead generation potential! This is a part-time W2 position with shifts available on:
- Friday: 9:15 AM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and educate homeowners on our remodeling solutions at partner retail locations (Costco, Lowe’s, Home Depot) and community events (home shows, trade fairs, art fairs, etc.).
- Generate qualified leads by sparking conversations and identifying customer interest.
- Set up and tear down event displays, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead generation goals.
- Collaborate with the team, attend training sessions, and track lead performance.
Qualifications:
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident in starting conversations.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive spirit.
- Comfortable working in busy retail and event settings (standing/walking for extended periods).
- Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for the full shifts.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Experience:
- Customer service or sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver’s License: Required
