Job Summary: The Integrated Service Coordinator provides oversight of contracted care coordination agencies to ensure quality service provision for youth and families served in Coordinated Opportunity for Recover and Empowerment (CORE) and Comprehensive Community Services/Children’s Long-Term Support (CCS/CLTS) programs. This role also assesses, approves, monitors, and manages CORE program and CCS/CLTS dually enrolled youth. This includes supervision of the programs, care coordination, training, and ensuring that appropriate quality of care and racial equity are practiced.

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support to contracted agency providers serving youth in CORE and CCS/CLTS programs. Facilitate operations meetings, promote self-care and racial equity in the workforce and engagement with contracted provider agencies.
- Develop, coordinate, and participate in measures to monitor quality of services provided by CORE and CCS/CLTS programs. Provide consultations, trainings, and tools to contracted agencies. Conduct audits of contracted agencies to measure the quality of care being provided.
- Manage assessments, access, referrals, and enrollments into the program. Collect enrollment data and grant reporting information. Attend any statewide meetings to stay up to date on requirements of the CCS and CLTS program and share them with Milwaukee County.
- Act as liaison between Children and Adults service branches of Behavioral Health Services (BHS) as well as between Children’s BHS Department and Children’s Disabilities Services Department to promote and assure seamless care for enrollees. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all other system partners.
- Participate in workgroups to enhance the overall quality of policy updates, training initiatives, and promotion of self-care. Incorporate the "no wrong door" initiative and promote racial equity in Milwaukee County. Assist in coordinating focus groups, appreciation events, and community events.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Current Resident of the State of Wisconsin.
- Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver license; able to maintain throughout employment.
- Basic knowledge of all related computer and software applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and county regulations in relation to the provision of mental health services.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- At least three (3) years of experience in mental Health and/or substance use disorders.
- Meet at least one of the qualifications under DHS 36.10 (2) (g) 1. to 8.
