We're looking for a Professional Land Surveyor to join our team at our Oklahoma City location. This individual will assist with a variety of projects from any of our service areas : Land Development, Public Works, Transportation, Industrial / Energy, Architectural Engineering, and Electric Utility Design.

Responsibilities :

Preparation of topographic, property boundary, and engineering design surveys, and construction staking.
Project management of assigned surveys covering fieldwork, mapping overview, and budget adherence.
Assist in budget preparation and tracking.
Assist in processing survey data and drawing production.
Quickly solve daily survey-related problems and complete projects in a timely manner.
Assist the project team in meeting client expectations and schedules.
Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to staff members.
Point of contact for clients to ensure the survey meets their needs and objectives.
Develop and maintain client relations.

Requirements :

PLS license in Oklahoma is preferred (or on track to obtain said license).

Experience with GPS, Total Station (robotic and / or conventional), laser levels, and data collection systems.

Proficient in Autodesk and / or MicroStation.

Must be willing to work in the office and in the field.

Must be willing to travel.

Knowledge of standard boundary reconciliation principles.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple project tasks.

Ability to work under pressure, be self-directed, and exhibit good business judgment.

Able to meet the physical demands of site visits in client facilities and related travel.

Compliance with MKEC and client drug / alcohol and safety programs.

Current and valid driver's license.
