About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, writing prowess, and exceptional design acumen. As our next Creative Director, you'll lead brainstorming sessions, develop compelling decks, and guide project teams to deliver impactful campaigns for top-tier brands. Your expertise in strategy, writing, and creative direction will be instrumental in setting our clients apart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for new and existing business, with a focus on experiential and omnichannel integration.
• Interpret client briefs, challenge the status quo, and steer clients toward innovative solutions that drive Brand Action.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with internal and external teams to grow MKG's business and reputation.
• Lead projects from start to finish, generating innovative and original ideas that align with client objectives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in advertising, experiential, marketing agencies, or brands.
• A proven track record of executing successful campaigns for top-tier brands.
• Ability to provide an authoritative voice, make decisions, and drive projects forward.
• Capacity to foster the careers of direct reports, promoting growth and success.
• Ability to manage a large volume of projects while championing and mentoring direct reports.
