Building Inspector (North Florida)

MKM360 is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Building Inspector to join our growing team.

Do not apply if you don't agree to the following:

1. This is a 1099 position.

2. Have the ability to inspect 15 sites in the below areas by the 15th of each month. Each site takes approximately 1/2 hour to inspect. $50 per site is the pay (mileage/gas/wear and tear is all calculated into the pay rate).

This is a new market for MKM360 - we have 30 sites now but that grows to 98 sites in 2025. Great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and either start a business or grow your existing business.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards through thorough inspection processes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed inspections of structures (interior and exterior)

- Send pictures/notes to headquarters

- Identify and report any deviations or defects in the products

- Collaborate with the production team to recommend remediation promptly

- Perform data collection and analysis to improve inspection processes

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction inspection or related field

- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and procedures

- Strong analytical skills to assess product quality effectively

- Knowledge of pipeline or building construction is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
