Are you ready to make your next career move as our Spare Parts Associate supporting the purchase order process located at our KONE Operations Centre in Moline, IL?
Review requisitions and confer with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedules.
Prepares purchase orders for products and commodities assigned to support on-time and complete shipments.
Manage incoming calls from Frontline branches to support field technicians and supervisors in parts identification.
Selects products for purchase by coordinating activities of all departments / field locations.
As our Spare Parts Associate , you will be responsible for the purchase order process including supplier and branch follow-up, quality annex review, and feedback processes as well as communication with our frontline service team.
You will bring 2 years of relevant officeexpertiseas well as ideally a 4 year degree in a relevant field. In addition. strong interpersonal communication and team-building skills. plus the capacity of multitasking and prioritizing work. and having existing knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, SAP experience will support your success in taking on this role.
Budgeted Salary Range : $46,300 - $64,000
