Division Controller - Milpitas, CA
A Day in Your Life at MKS:
We are looking for an exceptional Division Controller who can be a key member of the senior leadership team in our largest division. In this role, you will partner with divisional executives to drive strategic financial and business initiatives. Working with the global Finance team you will manage all aspects of the close and forecast processes, and be able to financially support business strategy initiatives. You Will Make an Impact By:
- Lead all Forecasting and Analysis activities for the Division, including the annual Plan of Record, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews, and Strategic Planning process
- Provide analytical insight, assessment of risks, and help guide senior leadership with decision-making.
- Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to evaluate operating results in terms of performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the profitability of the Division.
- Support Management and Finance to identify and drive Cost and Gross Margin improvements
- Provide creative insights when participating in key business processes including Product Line Profitability, Low Margin Reviews, review of large Customer deals, etc
- Support and collaborate with Corporate Finance on various projects as needed.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience (MBA is desired). 15 years progressive Finance experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Pay Range: $280k - $300k per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
- Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
- Benefits: MKS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental and vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, sick time, 15 paid vacation days, [6 weeks fully paid] parental leave, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement [and for participation in any stock programs, signing bonus, etc.].
This position is Hybrid and must be within commutable distance to our facility in Milpitas CA.
Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
