Finance Manager FP&A (Hybrid)

As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for consolidated budget tracking, reporting and analysis. This position emphasizes the ability to accumulate and organize financial information for management reporting and enhance the reporting environment through system and process efficiency improvements. You will directly support the Company's global IT planning teams.

This is a hybrid role located at our headquarters in Andover, MA.

You Will Make an Impact By :

• Collaborate with functional IT business leaders to understand project initiatives and support the detailed planning, tracking, and forecasting of the Company's IT budget.
• Evaluate current financial reporting tools, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review business reporting requirements; recommend and implement enhancements to optimize system performance.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and IT to analyze monthly consolidated financial results and investigate variances at the division, cost center, and project levels.
• Develop standardized and accurate reporting and dashboards.
• Support the annual budget process and prepare monthly forecast reporting packages.
• Validate purchase requisitions and orders are aligned with budget expectations.
• Participate in special projects, as needed.
