Cloud Solutions Developer

Cloud Solution Developer (CSD) is a highly capable junior member of the cloud solution team
who has relevant software and infrastructure stack skills and experience with modern cloud
infrastructure technologies (IaaS, PaaS, IaC, CaC).
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical assistance and advice on complex activities.
- Formulates/defines specifications, develops/modifies/maintains complex systems and subsystems.
- Applies analytical techniques when gathering information from users, defining work problems, designing technology solutions, and developing procedures to resolve the problems.
- Develops complete specifications to enable subordinate and lateral team members to execute the plan. Analyzes methods of approach.
- Reviews task requirements, gathers information, analyzes data, compares alternatives, prepares specifications, resolves processing problems, coordinates work with programmers and engineers, and orients users to new systems.
- Will work in a supporting role providing technical assistance to the Cloud Solution Engineers and is the primary cloud solution Level 3 deep dive technical support for the Customer Service Team
- Provides both experience diversity to the cloud solution team while enabling cost effective scaling of team size without sacrificing overall quality of work products delivered to the customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (BS) Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other closely related discipline and 3 years of experience along with relevant certifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Must have DoD 8570.01M IAT-II level certification (CCNA, Sec , etc.)
- Experienced in one or more domains of cloud architecture and design including: infrastructure (to include Kubernetes clusters), networks (to include API management and service mesh), and systems integration (to include DevSecOps platform management).
- Experience with employing confirmation management (Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code) practices
- Have ability to act independently under general direction
