Regional Manager
Job Summary:
The SFL-TAP Regional Manager hold both leadership and management role. This role is designed to maintain accountability, enable responsiveness, and deliver continuous quality results to the Army. To ensure high quality performance in their respective areas of responsibility, the Regional Manager uses Quality Control (QC) metrics and Army curriculum standards to objectively coach, teach, and mentor staff. The Regional Manager is responsible for supporting the Outreach Officers, Installation Commanders, SFL-TAP Headquarters staff, and contractor personnel at the installations they are assigned to oversee. Each installation’s Contract Installation Manager report directly to the Regional Manager who is responsible to hold them accountable for site-specific operational
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Must manage and complete projects within specified time frames and budgeting parameters to ensure goals and objectives of projects and deliverables satisfy agreed standards of safety & quality from customer.
• Manage all personnel within assigned market, including day to day responsibilities and directions.
• Provide leadership, guidance and actively train and promote learning to all staff members in assigned market.
• Maintain strategic view of project dependencies, relationships, and overlap.
• Lead development of project related documentation (deliverables, work breakdown structure, charter, timelines, critical path, resource plan, etc.)risk evaluation, and budgetary control.
• Analyze and review new business requirements and provide proposal content.
• Inform and escalate high priority problems to Senior Management
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Communicates directly with Contractors, Project Managers, and Site Managers concerning project cost, staffing and scheduling.
• Prepare project status reports and works to ensure plans and adhere to contract specifications.
• Oversees and directs management for larger or more complex projects.
• Ensure staffing levels are appropriate within assigned market to meet customer and business needs, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in good operational conditions

Education & Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Master’s degree required in business, administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• May require travel.
