Senior Planning & Design Specialist
Pay rate : $29 hr. plus benefits
Location : 120 Tredegar St, Richmond, VA 23219
Travel requirements : 1-3 times a week, day trip only (mileage paid)
Certification requirements : Preferred but not required - CID, NCDIQ, Licensed Architect
Top 3 Required Skills
1) Experience with CAD systems
2) Must have developed written specifications, alternatives, and cost estimates for new construction / renovation / configuration of office interiors
3) Experience with commercial office and systems furniture
Nice to Have Skills :
- Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management experience
