About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Point Pleasant, WV. This role focuses on Skilled (Swing) and Acute Care patients, with occasional Outpatient coverage.
">Job Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and treat patients in Swing (Skilled Nursing) and Acute Care settings. ">
- Collaborate with a team of PTs and PTAs to deliver top-quality care. ">
- Utilize ReDoc and Meditech Expanse for documentation (training provided if needed). ">
- Work with patients of all ages, ensuring individualized care plans. ">
Schedule & Work Environment
">Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
">Weekend Coverage: Possible but infrequent for Swing patients
">Caseload: 8-10 patients per day
">Staff Support: 2 full-time PTs, 1 PRN PT, 7 full-time PTAs
">Requirements
">- ">
- Active West Virginia Physical Therapy License ">
- Experience in Swing (Skilled Nursing) and Acute Care (Outpatient is a plus but not required) ">
- Ability to work independently and start ASAP ">
- Must complete hospital orientation (1 day) and departmental orientation (1 day) ">

- Flu Shot & COVID Vaccine Record (or Declination Forms) ">
- TB Skin Test & Vaccination Verification ">
