We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Transformation team within the Supply Chain division. The program manager will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of our supply chain operations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Based in Bellevue ,WA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Improvement : Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Project Support : Provide analytical support for strategic transformation projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Performance Metrics : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain strategies. Generate insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, share findings, and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
