Project Manager

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee insurance and annuity-related projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, domain knowledge in insurance or annuities, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives on time and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance or annuity projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers as needed.
• Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Foster a collaborative environment across business, operations, and IT teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
