Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis to drive profitability.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and waste reduction initiatives to optimize material usage.
- Manage the plant's financial planning, aligning budgets and forecasts with corporate objectives.
- Evaluate capital investments to enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor material, labor, and overhead costs, identifying variances and driving cost-saving improvements.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5 years of experience in controlling and/or cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Experience driving cost-saving initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
