What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Liaison position at MLB & Associates?
MLB & Associates, hiring for an established elder law firm in Central Florida, is recruiting for a customer liaison/receptionist for their office in downtown Orlando. Candidates should be: hard working, a team player, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a positive attitude. Start date expected to be May 1, 2025.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
1st to answer phones
Kenect follow up—an app used that sends and receives text messages
Booking appointments
Confirming appointments
Ordering supplies for the office
Greeting clients
Sending out Sympathy cards
Dealing with walk-ins (we don’t have very many)
Ordering and coordinating lunches for attorney meetings
Follow up with clients when asked by attorney
Full-time 40 hours per week.
Starting pay--$24-$26/hour depending on experience
Hours--Office is open 8-5 Monday through Thursday and Friday 8-12. 40 hours required each week, time may be flexed (7:30-5 with a 30 minute lunch break) in order to leave at noon on Fridays.
Benefits--Health Reimbursement program (after 90 days) where employees can get up to $300 in a health reimbursement towards their premium.
Simple IRA matched up to 3% (eligible after one year)
Compensation: $24-26/hour depending on experience
