As an Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communications. In addition, you will assist with bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records in bookkeeping software (QuickBooks). Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
