Key Responsibilities
- Assist mortgage loan originators with client communication, documentation, and application processing.
- Collect and review loan documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain client records and track loan progress through the approval process.
- Communicate with underwriters, processors, and other stakeholders to facilitate loan closings.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and guiding them through the mortgage process.
- Stay updated on mortgage regulations, lending guidelines, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn mortgage-related software.
- Previous experience in banking, customer service, or real estate is a plus but not required.
- Interest in pursuing a career as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
