Mortgage Non QM Account Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Non-QM Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, specifically Non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) products, and a proven ability to manage accounts, track performance, and maintain compliance with industry and company guidelines. This role requires mastery of Encompass LOS and adaptability to evolving procedures and policies. The Non QM account manager will play a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence and exceeding production goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and partners to promote Non-QM products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product guidance.
• Manage a pipeline of Non-QM loan submissions, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Track performance metrics, including adherence to 24-hour turnaround times for initial submissions and re-submissions.
• Utilize Encompass LOS for loan processing, submission tracking, and performance reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to streamline process and improve system efficiency.
• Stay current with Non-QM underwriting guidelines and industry regulations.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale mortgage account management, with a focus on Non-QM products.
• Expertise in Encompass LOS and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and procedures.
• Strong understanding of Non-QM underwriting guidelines, loan products, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategies for improvement.

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
