Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive interactions among children.
- Facilitate activities that encourage literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall child welfare.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress through standardized testing and informal assessments.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Maintain an organized classroom that reflects the Montessori approach to learning, encouraging exploration and independence.
