Job Description
The Regional Project Manager will support all regional plants in the company, focusing on capital spending and major outages/minor maintenance projects.
Main Duties
- Collaborate with the Director of Project Management and plant managers to assess feasibility of investing capital in projects.
- Provide construction management supervision and represent MLC in the project construction phase.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-year STEM Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in the mining or heavy industrial field
- Excellent communication and writing skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, creativity, organizational abilities, professionalism, and ethics
