What are the responsibilities and job description for the Western Regional Drivers Home Weekly position at MLCO Integrated Logistics LLC?
Job Description:
We do require 5 years of recent verifiable experience and a very good driving record. We are accepting applications and are looking to hire a few good drivers. Home weekly regional 7 western states Colorado and Texas, driver unload - mostly pallets with some down stacking and sorting of cases, reefer (food beverages and supplies for the airlines) 3-7 stops per week, home time is 34-48 hours a week. Starting pay is .71cpm benefits after 30 days paid vacation time after 90 days.
We have inward and outward facing cameras.
Truck speed governed at 67.
No pets and no passengers at this time.
Our driver must be willing/experienced with driving in inclement weather and chaining.
Touch Freight - Driver assist unloading to the customer, mostly pallets with a pallet jack.
Home weekly for your reset, dedicated truck Freightliner Cascadia 24/25/26

We follow DOT rules and regulation, we want you home safely each week with on time deliveries, excellent customer service and we work with you to meet those requirements. We are not your typical trucking company, and you can talk to our drivers to see how they feel about it.
.71cpm is all inclusive = includes stop pay, detention pay, chaining, unloading and so on.
We do annual reviews based on performance, you could get an increase and if you/we are doing well there could be end of year bonus also based on performance which includes safety among other factors. Normal increase based on performance is .02 - .03cpm

Job Requirements:

Clean driving record preferred
Not more than one minor violation
Not at fault accidents in recent years
No serious violations
Must be a team player - we work together to service our dedicated customer account
Home weekly, usually a 2 day reset
Must have current DOT Med Card
Pass (HPE) company fitness test and DOT required testing
