We are looking for part-time Blackjack Dealers. No experience necessary! Join our team and start your journey today! Must be at least 18 to apply!

Effectively deal the game of Blackjack to our guests with an unmatched gaming experience in a friendly environment in alignment with the mission, objectives, policies and procedures of Grand Casino, and in full accordance with all Federal, State and Tribal gaming regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION :

Conducts the games in accordance with Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying a Supervisor of any irregularities.

Advises a Supervisor of any guest disputes or arguments that may arise during the game.

Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guests with a pleasant gaming experience.

Promotes departmental and property wide promotions.

Knowledge of gaming regulations and Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures internal controls, policies and procedures.

Ensure accuracy and completion of all paperwork specific to your position.

Participate in mandatory informational meetings and training sessions as scheduled by management.

Any and all other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES : 18 Years of Age

Must be able to obtain license from Gaming Regulatory Authority, and follow all relevant rules, or laws required by law or policy.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :

Table Games dealing must participate in a Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures Table Games Dealer Training program.

Must pass an internal proficiency audition proving competence in dealing skills and procedures.

Position Details

We are looking for part-time Blackjack Dealers.

Class Details

This is a two week (80 hour) course for new dealers and 40 hour course for experienced dealers that is PAID, and will provide you with the knowledge to become a successful blackjack dealer.

Candidates must pass an audition at the end of class in order to be eligible for a Table Games Dealer position.

Upcoming Class Dates

February 17 - February 28, 2025

Dealer Class Monday - Friday : 4 PM - 12 AM (Midnight)

Perfect attendance for this class is required.

Interviews held during the week in the afternoon
