ASCP Medical Lab Scientist

MLR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team and provide top-tier laboratory services in our state-of-the-art facility. Equipped with advanced technology and supported by a talented team of professionals, our lab is committed to delivering the highest standards of care and accurate diagnostic results.

Medical Lab Scientist Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science with Board Certification or
Registry eligible to be completed within six(6) months of employment
Current CPR certification preferred.

500 Deductible (per covered family)

Medical Lab Scientist Job Description

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will perform a range of laboratory tests and analyses to assist in diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients. You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety.

Medical Lab Scientist Responsibilities

May act as a technical and general supervisor.

Responsible for day-to-day laboratory operations.

Performs routine / complex tests in areas of the laboratory using highly technical instrumentation.

Evaluate new instruments and procedures and provides feedback on ways to improve service delivery.

Maintains inventory control to ensure adequate supplies and reagents needed for operation.
