Medical Laboratory Scientist - Full-Time, Evening Shifts (40 Hours Per Week)

Shifts : Evening shifts, 2 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM
Hours : 40 hours per week
About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist II to join our high-energy team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including a state-of-the-art automation line, Epic Beaker, and SoftBank LIS Systems. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will provide high-quality diagnostic services that support patient care and healthcare innovations.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct complex laboratory tests in multiple disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank .
Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
Analyze and interpret test data, adhering to stringent quality control and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely, accurate diagnoses and effective patient treatment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and engage in ongoing professional development .
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
Certification : ASCP Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) certification, or equivalent accrediting agency certification.
Experience : Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) such as Epic Beaker and SoftBank is a plus.
Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
