We are actively looking for a proficient and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the nursing team of our esteemed client. Pay Range : $25 - $31.86 / hr
Schedule : Day and night shift available
Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and within the scope of LPN practice.
- Monitor patient vital signs, record observations, and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
