**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Surgical Technologist- Nights, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures under the guidance of surgeons, registered nurses, or additional O.R. personnel.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepares and maintains knowledge of equipment, instrumentation, and supplies used for surgical procedures.
- Gathers, checks, and prepares supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures.
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity, and innovation.
- Ability to identify and calmly handle inherently stressful situations with tact.
- Maintains the highest standards of sterile technique during procedures.
- Ability to be flexible and take on new responsibilities.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program.
- AHA BLS certified within 30 days of hire.
- Current Colorado State Surgical Technologist Registration.
