- Prepare and familiarize yourself with the equipment, instrumentation, and supplies needed for surgical procedures.
- Gather, check, and organize supplies and equipment in advance of surgeries.

- Identify and manage high-pressure situations with composure and tact.
- Maintain the highest standards of sterile technique throughout procedures.
- Exhibit flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.
