Director of Nursing Home - BSN / MSN - RN
The Director of Nursing Home is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and management of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with regulatory standards. This role oversees operations, financial performance, staffing, resident satisfaction, and the implementation of policies and programs to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Pay: $101,930 - $128,498
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the nursing home, aligning with organizational goals and mission.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Oversee the delivery of personalized, high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining excellent care standards.
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of supplies, equipment, and facilities to support resident care.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting.
- At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or equivalent licensure required.
