Job Summary
As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and evaluating critically ill patients. You will administer medications, operate advanced medical equipment, and provide comprehensive patient care, including wound care, pain management, and infection control.
Responsibilities
* Assess and evaluate critically ill patients, including vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatments
* Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
* Provide comprehensive patient care, including wound care, pain management, and infection control
Requirements
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
* Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required; Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
